Digital marketing agency in The Woodlands
For trades working under the pines
Digital marketing, SEO and web design for contractors who work The Woodlands, built and managed for you, with the Google listing and the answering service that go with it.
[ Where the work comes from in The Woodlands ]
The Woodlands is a planned community in Montgomery County, about 28 miles north of Houston on I-45, and the area is heavily forested. Pines and hardwoods run through the neighborhoods, which is why tree services have steady work here and why a homeowner who types a tree company and the town gets a short list. Storms bring limbs onto roofs and fences, and the cleanup is a call that goes to whoever answers first.
The housing is mostly newer than the older Houston suburbs and it is organized into eight villages. That matters to a contractor's website, because a page that names the villages you serve reads as a local business. A page that says "serving the greater Houston area" reads as a stranger. Roofing and electrical work is booked the same way.
The Woodlands sits near Spring and Conroe, and each has its own search. For the metro as a whole see Houston. For the neighbors see Conroe, Spring and Tomball.
[ What a digital marketing agency in The Woodlands does for a trade ]
Digital marketing built around the calls a Woodlands trade loses.
The Google listing and the map
A Woodlands search usually starts in the map. Local SEO puts the right services, a service area drawn to the villages you actually drive to, photographs of finished jobs and a steady stream of reviews on your listing, so the three names a homeowner sees include yours.
SEO for the website
Search work is pages, structure and authority, not a keyword list. The SEO page explains the three, including why a page for each service in each village beats one page for the whole town, and what we will not promise about timing.
Web design and the answering service
A site that is built and managed for you is described on the website design page. The calls that arrive while the crew is up a tree are picked up by the answering service on your own number.
[ What this means for a trade in The Woodlands ]
The Woodlands was started in 1974 by George Mitchell's Mitchell Energy & Development, and its planners borrowed ideas from earlier new towns such as Columbia, Maryland, and Reston, Virginia. It sits about 28 miles north of Houston along Interstate 45, mostly in Montgomery County with a small part in Harris County. It is organized into eight villages, among them Alden Bridge, Grogan's Mill, Indian Springs, Panther Creek and Sterling Ridge, and it is governed by The Woodlands Township. Grogan's Mill and Cochran's Crossing are named for the Grogan-Cochran Lumber Mill that once stood on the land. The area is heavily forested, and much of the community kept its trees for shade. Several large corporate campuses are here, including Occidental Petroleum, Chevron Phillips Chemical, Huntsman and Baker Hughes. A village is a defined place with its own streets, which makes it a precise way to describe where a contractor works.
[ One business per trade per area ]
The top package takes one business per trade per area. In The Woodlands the area follows the villages and the roads, so a tree company working the north side and one working the south side of the township are different areas. Two on the same side cannot both hold it, and we say so before you pay. See the packages.
[ Where we are ]
We are based in the Houston area, so The Woodlands is a short drive away, though the work is done the same remote way as everywhere else: on your Google account, your website and your number. We have no Woodlands office.

[ Questions people ask ]
Is a Woodlands trade a Houston business or its own market?
For search it is its own market. A homeowner in The Woodlands who types a trade and the town sees businesses that have said something specific about The Woodlands, and a page about Houston in general rarely appears in that list. The Houston metro page
Do you cover the whole of Montgomery County?
Any town in it that you drive to, such as Conroe and Spring, can have its own treatment on your listing and your site. Towns you will not drive to do not get one.
