Most agencies win you with a senior pitch and hand you to somebody junior. There is nobody here to hand you to. I build it, I run it, and I pick up the phone, which is either exactly what you want or exactly what you do not. Both answers are fine.
[ Where this came from ]
We learned this on real listings, not in a course.
Before any of this was a product, we built a free local directory for the towns around Humble and put more than two hundred businesses on it by hand. Not scraped, not imported. Each one had its details read off the owner’s own website and social pages, and a listing built whether they had asked for one or not.
That is where the uncomfortable pattern showed up. Businesses with a decade of happy customers and a listing that had not been touched since it was created. Good companies sitting under a phone number that no longer worked. A logo that had been on their own booking page the whole time, which nobody had ever put on their profile.
Then we rang them. Dozens of owners, one at a time, and the same sentence kept coming back in different words: I know I should sort it out, I have just never had a spare afternoon. That is the whole business.

You deal with me.
There is no account manager, no ticket queue and no team in another country. The person who looks at your listing is the person who answers when you ring, and that is not a sales promise, it is just how a one person company works. It is also why there is a limit on how many businesses we take.
We will tell you not to buy it.
If your phone already rings more than you can service, you do not need us. If you are under four stars, sending more people to look at your profile makes things worse and we will say so rather than take the money. Both of those are on the pricing page in writing.
Nothing we claim is borrowed.
There are no statistics on this website, no stock testimonials, no logos of companies we have never worked with, and no screenshots of somebody else’s results. When we have our own numbers to show you, they will go up with the date on them.
Your profile stays yours.
You add us to your Google Business Profile as a manager, which you can remove whenever you like, and you stay the owner. If you leave, the listing is still yours with everything we did to it still on it. We do not hold anything hostage.
